Who We Are
Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Las Vegas, built by and for people who know what it means to navigate hard things. We connect individuals and families to peer support, housing navigation, benefits enrollment, and non-clinical wellness programs across the city.
No referral required. No one turned away for inability to pay. Whatever brought you here today, you're welcome to explore at your own pace.
